  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.

  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you provide false or misleading information.

Flight Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process:

  • Flight searches on our platform display real-time availability and pricing from partner airlines.
  • Prices shown are subject to availability and may change without notice. A confirmed reservation is only established when payment is received and confirmed.
  • We facilitate flight bookings on behalf of airline partners. The airline's terms and conditions apply to your flight ticket.

3.2 Price Verification:

  • Before final confirmation, prices are re-verified with suppliers. If prices change, you will be notified immediately. You have the right to accept the new price or cancel without penalty.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation number is issued.

3.3 Traveler Information:

  • You must provide accurate passenger information including full names (as they appear in passports), date of birth, gender, and contact details.
  • Any errors in passenger names, dates, or travel dates must be reported immediately. Name changes may incur additional fees charged by the airline.
  • We are not responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect or incomplete passenger information.

Payment Terms and Conditions

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment gateways as displayed on our platform.
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your booking.
  • Currency: Prices may be displayed in different currencies. The final charge will be in the currency selected during checkout, subject to exchange rates.
  • Failed Transactions: If a payment transaction fails, we will attempt to notify you. You are responsible for retrying the transaction. Multiple failed attempts may result in booking cancellation.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline, hotel, or service provider. We will process refunds to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval, though your financial institution may take additional time.

Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellation Timing: Cancellations must be requested before the check-in/departure date. No refunds are issued for no-shows or cancellations made after this deadline.
  • Modifications: Changes to your booking, including date changes or passenger name corrections, may incur additional fees as determined by the service provider.
  • Our Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel bookings if:
    • Payment is fraudulent or unauthorized

Traveler Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring you possess valid travel documents including a valid passport, visas, vaccinations, and any other requirements mandated by your destination country.
  • We are not responsible for denied entry, visa rejections, or travel complications arising from inadequate or invalid documentation.
  • You must arrive at airports at least 2-3 hours before international flights and 1-2 hours before domestic flights as per airline requirements.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, customs, and immigration regulations of your destination country.
  • You must notify us immediately of any special requirements (medical conditions, mobility assistance, dietary restrictions) during booking.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Third-Party Services: We act as a booking intermediary. We do not operate airlines, hotels, or other travel services. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers, suppliers, or their employees.
  • Service Disruptions: We are not liable for flight cancellations, delays, overbooking, weather conditions, mechanical failures, strikes, or any force majeure events.
  • Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, business opportunity, or data.
  • Liability Cap: Our total liability under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
  • Website Availability: While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation of our website or systems.
